GENERAL INFORMATION
If you notice an error in the entry – please contact us ASAP at Connie@BelmoreEquestrian.com
Attached is a liability release form. We need one of these forms completed by every rider, even if a USPC member. If the rider is under 18, a parent must also sign. Please bring this form completed and signed to the show office in order to receive your packet.
We expect to run 2-3 dressage rings (9:00 start) and then one SJ (starting at 9:30 am) and one XC course (starting at 10:00 am) – divisions will start with the higher divisions and work our way down. Ride times will be posted Friday – but some basic premises are that we start high and work our way down. You will turn in your bridle tag after completing dressage and wear your pinney for both stadium & XC and turn it in before crossing the bridge after cross country.
TIMES FOR INTRO, STARTER, AND GH in particular are designed for you to go from Show Jumping to XC nearly directly. Please be prepared for that – there will not likely be time for you to return to your stall or trailer so have everything you need for XC with you at SJ.
Dressage Judges – TBD

The property address is across from 828 Lincoln Creek Rd, Centralia, and directions are available on the modified rules. Please do NOT take the steep driveway into the property, go to the next field (where there will be banners on fence near the road) to enter the property. If you have a stall, you can park on the barn side of the property (the right as you enter). If you do not have a stall, the day parking is on the left side of the road. Please make one row along the tall grass, leave a gap for folks to get out and then a second row along the road. We have lots of trailers coming in so we need to be a little more conscientious than in the past.
Stalls will be guided by Scott our Stall Manager. You will need to provide your $20 stall deposit check upon arrival and then he will direct you to where to go for your stall. We are a large show with limited stabling this year, so there is not room for a bunch of empty stalls in between assignments. After your rides are finished, you will return to Scott the stall manager, who will confirm your stall is completely clean and will return your stall deposit check to you.
We do expect to have a food vendor onsite (this may change we will keep you posted)- you must bring in and haul out everything you want to consume (including the garbage resulting from it) in order to limit cross contact.
PROPERTY RULES –
Water onsite is limited (and not potable). Bring your own water for people use and drinking. Horse water will be available in troughs for dipping to fill your horse buckets, but of course if you want to bring water from home for your horse that would be a plus. Do NOT use your horse’s drinking bucket in the trough – use a separate dipping bucket. It is critical that the water hoses are used as little as possible; the water source is a spring – and the water table is very low, once it is depleted, there is no more water. There will be no bathing of horses – you can sponge off using a sponge and bucket.
There is free dry camping onsite. However, there will be absolutely NO flames or bbq of any kind (including propane); you can use a cookstove contained inside an RV, but no tabletop or free standing units. The fire danger is just too high.
No smoking onsite at all.
All dogs must be kept leashed (or kenneled) and supervised – and yes, we do mean all dogs.
Please be sure your garbage is hauled out with you.
There is no schooling on Friday or Saturday – hacking is allowed in the barn field and the field where the dressage rings are but NOT in the dressage or stadium rings themselves. You may NOT cross the bridge to the cross country field with a horse or an unauthorized vehicle (obviously your horse goes with you for your ride time). Course is open for walking (without a horse) at your leisure upon arrival, and course maps will be posted onsite – my suggestion is that you take a photo of the course map and use that to walk your course. We will NOT have copies of the course map available in hardcopy onsite.
Check in for the office will be available the morning before each day of the show – generally by 6:30 am Remember to bring your signed liability waiver and if you have a stall your $20 stall deposit (separate check) which you will give to the stall manager; then when you check out and your stall is completely stripped, your same stall deposit will be returned to you. Manure is only to be dumped in the designated manure piles (remember to bring your stall cleaning equipment).
This is going to be a great show and we are so happy you are riding with us!
The water at the property is from a spring – it does go dry. WE WILL need to be conservative with the water.
NO HOSING OFF HORSES. You can dip a sponge from a bucket if needed.
BRING A DIP BUCKET – do not dip buckets that horses drink out of into the common water tank.
ENTRIES are NOW OPEN. Do your entry early as we have frequently been in a waitlist status.
Entries are currently set for one level per day – Splits for divisions will be published with ride times.
